    Crust me, this is the ultimate sandwich🥪 . It's so full of smoky, salty, sandwich-y (?) goodness with creamy mayo, chicken pieces & crispy bacon - but (of course) it's totally vegan! Here's what I used 👇 . 🌿Lightly toasted seeded bread 🌿Veganaise from @followyourheart 🌿Vegan 'chicken' pieces from @quorn_uk 🌿Pan-fried kale 🌿Homemade carrot rashers (carrot ribbons coated in oil, smoked paprika & salt then oven roasted on high until crispy) . . ✨What's your favourite filling?✨
    Nom Noms at Nem Nem😋 . 📍@nemnemrestaurant Islington, London . 🇻🇳 Vietnamese food . . 🌿This restaurant is ideal for vegan options - the whole right side of the menu consists of veganised versions of every single dish on the menu! . 🍽️ Of the many options, I tried the crispy chilli tofu to start (peep that on my stories), followed by king oyster mushroom "scallops" with tenderstem broccoli and fluffy jasmine rice . . 🤤 Everything I ate was absolutely delicious and carefully prepared - I really need to visit again because this menu is lonnnnnng and needs exploring! . . 💯 Overall, I'd rate Nem Nem an 8/10 for the tasty food and extensive vegan menu! . 👇Have you tried Vietnamese food?
    This dessert stole my tart💓 . This beauty is my homemade (vegan!) chocolate & salted caramel tart with easy biscuit base and fresh berries on top!🍫 .     Eatin' rice, makin' grains🍚🌿 . Today's healthy lunch is homemade mixed vegetable rice in a simple stir fry sauce, topped with raw carrot & courgette ribbons🔥 . This is my favourite sort of lunch because I can pack it so easily with extra nutrients (like by adding seaweed into the rice and sprinkling in some sesame seeds) and I can have a hot meal while still getting all the benefits of raw veg with the ribbons on top🌿 .     A berry delicious breakfast🍓 . I can't get enough of smoothie bowls at the moment - I always thought of them as for summertime, but they're bringing such a brightness to these wintery mornings so I'm rolling with it❄️ .     This pic is so saucy😏 . What else would you expect from pasta, though? A thick homemade garlic & tomato sauce is just a given for a perfect spaghetti dish🍅 .
